how to make user in windows 8.1

what it was useful in computer . we are saying for example another person want start my computer we don't like that person opened my administrator user so in her we want make one user you can make a lot user but for training we make one user for trainig

1:firts stage:for making user we are going to right click on my computer then click manage .

2:Second Stage : after click manage coming this page .

3: third Stage: click computer management then click local user and groups then click users then in page Right click click New user .

4: Fourth Stage : when coming this write user name and full name and write standard user and write your password and confirm password then click create.
